Insurance:

We accept assignment of benefits from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call our office to make an appointment or to ask any questions you may have.

 

MEDI-CAL PATIENTS:

Effective July 1, 2009 you will be losing all optional benefits, including dental.  Call our office to explore the options we have available for you.

 

Payment Options:                             

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks.     
For our patients' convenience we have arranged payment plans through third parties that help our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
