Insurance and payment options
Insurance:
We accept assignment of benefits from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call our office to make an appointment or to ask any questions you may have.
MEDI-CAL PATIENTS:
Effective July 1, 2009 adult patients lost all optional benefits, including dental. There is a new free program available to those patients who also have Medicare Parts A & B in addition to Medi-Cal, which pays up to $1000 per client per year in dental benefits. You WILL have COPAYS for certain procedures. If you are one of the patients who have Medicare Parts A & B, call (760) 580-0544 to sign up for the ZERO PREMIUM special plan that you qualify for. Call our office to explore the options we have available for you.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks. For our patients' convenience we have arranged payment plans through third parties that help our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
